Why is Personal Data collected
If you are a property-owner, your personal data is stored by the Data Controller for the purposes of contacting you regarding renewal of your annual subscription, payments and refunds, enquiries and complaints, notice of special advertising promotions and features in publications, and clarification regarding property description and photographs. We also retain the personal data of property-owners who have previously advertised on our website for up to two years after their subscription period has ended, to enable us to contact them during this two-year period to ask if they wish to consider re-advertising with us.
How long is Personal Data kept
If you are a property-owner, your personal data is retained by the Data Controller from the time you supplied it to us, and continuing for up to two years after the end of your subscription period.
The sharing of Personal Data

Railway Station Cottages Limited asks you to provide this personal information for your advertisement, asks you to confirm its accuracy and to provide your approval that the advertisement can be displayed on our website. Railway Station Cottages Ltd cannot therefore be held responsible for the sharing of any personal data in the property advertisements displayed on our website.
As a property-owner advertising on our website, you have the right to control how your personal data is used. You can:

- request deletion of your personal data;
