More detailed information about the cookies we use is supplied at the end of this policy in the Appendix.

We then use these statistics to aid our development and marketing of the website and our business. We also provide information regarding how many visitors have visited a particular property’s page to the property’s owner at least once during their subscription period.

If you are a property-owner, your personal data is stored by the Data Controller for the purposes of contacting you regarding renewal of your annual subscription, payments and refunds, enquiries and complaints, notice of special advertising promotions and features in publications, and clarification regarding property description and photographs. We also retain the personal data of property-owners who have previously advertised on our website for up to two years after their subscription period has ended, to enable us to contact them during this two-year period to ask if they wish to consider re-advertising with us.
