Inspection Saloon DB999508 arrived at Rowden Mill Station in October 2020 and resides at Platform 2 just along the line form our main platform. Renamed ‘the Saloon Coach’ it is now fitted out for holiday letting and sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. The Saloon Coach sits next to the old cattle dock within the original railway embankments and with the stone bridge as a backdrop. Lined with trees and ferns the green platform is frequently carpeted with wildflowers.
