Clickety-Clack Cottage was newly built in November 2020 on the site of an old linesman’s cottage. Consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Clickety comfortably sleeps 4 in a Master King Size bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin room with dual aspect windows that overlook the loch. There is a family shower room off the hallway. The space lends itself to an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with views from our 12ft gable end windows to Ben Nevis, Loch Eil and of course the famous West Highland Railway line. Watch sheep graze by the loch side and sea birds guddle on the shore from the comfort of the lounge.
With under floor heating and a wood-burning stove, this little cottage oozes cosiness. Sit back and watch The Jacobite steam train pass by. When weather is favourable we have outdoor seating and a small patio. The cottage has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It really is a home from home.
Situated just off the A830 Road to the Isles, you are in a perfect location to explore the small Isles of Eigg, Rum, Muck and Canna or take a day trip to Knoydart Peninsula or the Isle of Skye.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Cottage and our wee corner of Scotland.
